College Calendar Setting– College specific holidays and government listed holidays can be incorporated in this module. By setting holidays for students, teachers and staff with the given interface, the administrator can complete the college calendar setting.
Attendance Entry– Staff attendance entry for working days is done through this interface. Half days attendance/absentees can be marked separately. Absent data will be updated to the leave related data.
Leave Entry – Leave entry for a student can be done by the leave entry form with the required details. Leave report is available for a particular period of time that can be defined by the management.
Attendance Chart and Reports– Attendance chart is available for each term for a particular student. Attendance report is available for each class and section. Using web interaction, attendance details of a student can be made available for the parents’ login.
