This module will capture the complete time table of the college.
The features included in this module are:
- The principal will be able to view any class time table in a single screen.
- The main idea of this module is that it will assist in setting up the time table. This plug & play feature simplifies the process of determining the time table for the whole academic year.
- Class Staff Allocation– Class teacher is allocated for a particular division from the list of staffs.
- Period/ Subject Finalization – Periods for each class for each day can be set for Time table auto generation.
- Staff Substitution –Any staff who avails an unplanned leave can be substituted by the next available subject staff with out disturbing the existing time table.
- Time Table Generation -Based on the periods and staffs, automatic time table is generated.
- Possible to Tabulate – the time table for the whole academic year for all the departments and sections of the college.
- Staff Wise Time Table Report – A master time table for the staffs will be made available for the principal to view at any point of time which gives information on any & every staff
